Email me a reset link

We'll email a link to the address on your account. To set a new password you'll also need your authenticator code or one of your backup codes.

Use a recovery code

The recovery code you saved when you set up your authenticator (5 groups of 5 characters). It resets your password and your authenticator: you'll set up the authenticator again and get new codes at your next sign-in.

At least 12 characters.
Back to sign in No recovery code and no working email? A super admin can reset your authenticator and account.
